Shipping Policy

Au Revoir Wine has limited distribution. While the list of states we ship to will grow, currently we only ship to addresses in the following states: CA, NY, PA, DC, FL and MN. You can also elect to pick up your wine in Calistoga, CA. If you are in a state where we do not currently ship, contact us regarding alternative delivery options. We may have added your state to our growing list of states to which we currently ship. We will not, however, be able to ship to the following states: KY, MS, OK, UT, VT, KS, MI, IL, NH, VA and ND, and we cannot ship internationally.

Au Revoir wine orders are fulfilled by Out of the Box in St. Helena, CA. We aim to ship your wine within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of your orders. Cost will vary based on the transit method. We normally ship via FedEx Ground, but also offer UPS Ground and 2-day air shipping via UPS or FedEx at customer request.

Alcohol regulations require all wine shipments to be signed for by an adult over 21 years of age upon delivery. Please make sure you request shipment to an address where someone can sign for your delivery. A shipping notification with a tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment so that you can make arrangements to accept the delivery and provide an adult signature. Most carriers make three delivery attempts before returning orders to Au Revoir Wines. We can make arrangement for a new shipment, however, there will be additional shipping costs.

Wine is perishable and can be damaged by heat in transit. We do our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. For that reason, if the weather is too hot or too cold, at our discretion, we may delay shipment until conditions are more favorable. We will keep you notified if this happens.

In the event that your shipment is damaged in transit, let us know within 48 hours of receipt so that we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. Please hold on to the original packaging and contents, if possible, or take photographs of the damage. We will arrange to have the wine picked up in most cases and will replace it as soon as possible. Returns cannot be processed after 10 days following receipt.

Alternatives to our standard forms of delivery can be arranged if you are close to our vineyard and office in Calistoga, CA. Please contact us if you wish to make special delivery arrangements.

Terms of Agreement

By using this site you are acknowledging that you are over the age of 21, and that any person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Au Revoir Wines is over the age of 21.

Your order is an offer to buy from Au Revoir Wines. Once we accept your order and debit your credit card, a contract will be made between you and Au Revoir Wines. Our total liability to you for non-delivery of purchased goods is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Au Revoir Wines shall not be liable for any delay or failure in wine delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or other poor weather conditions, or failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

Au Revoir Wines reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices contained on this website without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement to such change. Au Revoir Wines further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the website at any time without notice to you. The posting of prices and other terms of sale on this web site shall not constitute a binding agreement.
